Get ready barbecue fans and fiends — Grillin in the Grove has finally arrived. It’s time to get your fill on some of the yummiest BBQ south of, well, The South (because remember, Miami is it’s own country).

What can you expect at this mouth-watering event not meant for those on diets?

There will be a myriad of BBQ offerings from American styles like Memphis, Texas, Kansas City, and Carolina styles to international offerings like Brazilian Churrascaria to Argentine Parrillada.  Not only will the styles be different, but there’ll be an incredible assortment of dishes available like ribs, chicken, steak, pork and more. I, for one, CANNOT wait to get my hands dirty with barbecue sauce and get my fill on burgers crafted by some of our local chefs.

Tickets are still on sale [here]. They provide three options: Pre-Purchased Admission ($15); Family Pack which includes 2 Adult tickets and children under 12 are free ($25); and the VIP BBQ Experience ($65).

However, if you’re in a pinch, Groupon has a great special going on.

BTWs, kids under the age of 12 are free. So, if you happen to be the Von Trapps, you’re in luck.

I will be in attendance and will be dragging Brother along with me (I was given the most enthusiastic ‘yes’ a 16-year-old can muster, but it was a ‘yes’ nonetheless).
